mostplay Terms and Conditions

General Terms

mostplay is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, sports betting, live casino and virtual sports.

These Terms apply to all services, products, bonus offers and promotional activities on the site. Where a specific service has its own rules, those rules must be read together with these general Terms.

mostplay reserves the right to update these Terms at any time if applicable laws or circumstances change. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you have accepted those changes.

Account Registration

To use mostplay's services, you must create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

2.1 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same IP address, the same device or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username, password and OTP — completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

mostplay reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, birth registration certificate or other acceptable documents. Transactions may be held until verification is complete.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

All gaming and betting services on mostplay are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. Services are not provided to minors. Providing false age information at registration will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all winnings.

In addition, to be eligible to use the service, you must:

• Be legally capable and entitled to enter into contracts independently
• Be permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your country
• Confirm that you are not accessing the service from a restricted region under mostplay's policies
• Bet with your own funds — not with borrowed money

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

mostplay has specific rules for depositing and withdrawing funds. All transactions are processed after verification.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on mostplay is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits must be made only from the registered account holder's own payment methods.

Deposits from third parties are not accepted. If a deposit is found to have come from a third party, it will be returned and the account may be suspended.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must have met all applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been fulfilled.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

mostplay offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific conditions that you must read carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus after completing the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless stated otherwise
• The applicable minimum deposit must be made to claim a bonus — depositing less than the required amount means the bonus will not apply
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted
• If any fraudulent activity related to a bonus is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited
• mostplay reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer

5.3 VIP Cashback

The mostplay VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with cashback awarded based on weekly net losses. The weekly cashback rate is up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

General Betting Rules

The following rules always apply to sports betting and casino gaming on mostplay.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is considered placed only after a confirmation message is received from the system. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be automatically cancelled and the stake will be returned.

mostplay reserves the right to close live betting markets after an event has started. Pre-match bets will be locked before the event begins.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may change. The latest odds apply until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed, the odds at that moment are fixed.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a cricket match or other sporting event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely — for example due to weather or an official directive — bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. Generally, if the event does not resume within 24 hours, bets are considered void.

6.4 Incorrect Odds and Errors

mostplay reserves the right to cancel bets placed on markets published with clearly incorrect odds or due to human error. Deliberately attempting to exploit such errors may result in account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mostplay platform. Evidence of any of them will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Running multiple accounts for the same person
• Bonus abuse or placing bets in a coordinated manner to exploit the system
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform
• Playing games through bots, automated software or artificial intelligence
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Managing an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party
• Creating or operating an account under a false identity or with false information

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by mostplay

mostplay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of false information
• Failure to cooperate with a financial crime investigation
• When required for the user's safety or system security

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Once all pending transactions have been processed, the account will be closed and any eligible balance will be returned.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the mostplay platform — logos, graphics, software, designs, databases, text and other materials — is protected by intellectual property and ownership laws. Copying, reproducing or distributing any of it is not permitted except for personal, non-commercial use.

Content from third-party game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others is protected by their respective ownership rights. Separate permission is required to use that content.

Limitation of Liability

mostplay accepts no liability for compensation in the following circumstances:

• A game or bet remaining incomplete due to loss of internet connection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party software or payment gateways
• Data loss due to issues with the user's own device or browser
• Unauthorised disclosure of account login details resulting from the user's own negligence
• Service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events

In any case, total liability will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the relevant month.

Privacy & Data Protection

mostplay is committed to protecting users' personal information. Data collected during registration, transactions, and use of the service is stored under strict SSL encryption and security measures.

mostplay has the authority to disclose information when required for identity verification or upon request from legal authorities in financial investigations.

Changes to Terms & Their Effect

mostplay reserves the right to partially or fully modify these rules and terms at any time. A notice will be published on the site when changes are made, and the date of the change will be updated at the top of this page.

If a user continues to use the service after changes are published, they will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must request account closure immediately.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint related to the service, you must first contact mostplay's support team directly to seek a resolution. The support team is available 24/7 in Bengali and English via live chat and email.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These rules and terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable bonus terms together form the entire agreement between mostplay and the user. If any previous oral or written commitment conflicts with this document, this document shall be considered authoritative.
